Terms of Service

Last updated 16 June 2026.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of Legal Toolbox, provided by LawConcierge. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have authority to bind that firm.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication.

3. Billing

Workspaces are set up by our team following an agreed proposal. Fees are billed in advance in Australian dollars on the cadence agreed in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude GST.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, or using it to breach any law. You are responsible for the data you load into the platform and for having the right to use it.

5. Third-party integrations

The platform integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Xero, Brevo and Texto. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid for the affected period.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time and will let you know of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. For questions, contact legal@lawconcierge.com.au.
