Why don't you list fixed tiers?
Because no two clients are the same. Your data sources, connectors and goals are unique, so we scope them properly and build a price that fits, rather than forcing you into a tier that doesn't.
How does pricing actually work?
Three parts: a fixed monthly platform fee, AI usage metered on real token consumption, and messaging (email and SMS) billed on what you send. You see all of it in your billing dashboard.
Can I see what I'm spending?
Yes. Your workspace has a live billing dashboard with daily breakdowns of AI, SMS and email costs, date ranges, and PDF/Excel export.
Do I have to manage any API keys?
No. We build, host and maintain every connector and the AI. You only ever see whether a source is connected, and what you're spending.
Is my data hosted in Australia?
Yes. Legal Toolbox is Australian-hosted, so your data stays onshore on infrastructure built for performance and compliance.
